Overview
The 2025–2031 vision groups Bilderberg Investment's Papua New Guinea concepts into a single sequenced framework, so that housing, civic facilities, tourism and enabling infrastructure are assessed together rather than as unconnected proposals.

- Enabling transport, energy and utilities infrastructure
Current position
Each component requires its own feasibility study, land verification, government approval and financing. Nothing in this framework is approved, funded or under construction.
