Cambodia 25 Provinces Tourism Program
A national tourism-development concept proposing province-level destination planning, accommodation capacity and supporting infrastructure across Cambodia.

Overview
The programme concept proposes a coordinated approach to destination development across Cambodia's provinces, rather than isolated resort projects. Each province would be assessed on natural and cultural assets, access, accommodation capacity and local participation.
Proposed workstreams
- Province-level destination assessment and prioritisation
- Accommodation and hospitality capacity planning
- Access infrastructure: roads, terminals and utilities
- Cultural and heritage protection standards
- Hospitality training and local enterprise participation
Current position
The programme is a planning concept. It has no confirmed government mandate, financing or delivery agreement.
