Overview

The Park History and Future District is a proposed district within the Ahnakot framework. It sets heritage-referenced architecture alongside contemporary hospitality and public parkland, intended as a cultural destination as well as a visitor economy anchor.

Concept elements

  • Angkor-inspired tower resort concept with cultural discovery and wellness facilities
  • A second landmark hotel concept anchoring the district skyline
  • Ahnakot Religion Park: landscaped grounds for reflection and cultural exchange
  • Green roofs, solar generation and water features integrated into the landscape design
  • Visitor, retail and gastronomy facilities supporting the district

Current position

Building heights, programme and phasing shown in earlier concept material are design intent only, and are subject to planning, heritage, aviation and environmental review.
