The Bilderberg & Oasis Wealthy Farmers Program is published as an existing programme concept covering training, mechanisation, processing and market access.
The programme concept links agronomy support, mechanisation access, input quality, post-harvest handling and route-to-market for smallholder and mid-scale producers.
The programme is not described as operational. Any participation would require verified structures, documented terms and applicable regulatory clearance.
