Ahnakot Albania Master Plan published as a five-sector framework
The Albania proposal is presented across tourism, energy and mining, agriculture and food processing, real estate and business services, with an announced indicative commitment of USD 100 billion.
The master plan is structured so that each sector programme can be assessed and progressed independently with Albanian institutions and private partners.
Investment figures published previously are announced intentions. No concession, licence, land right, approval or financing has been verified.
